To work with iPad Pro 2018, the operating system should be updated to iOS 13 or iPadOS. Also, the HDMI port supports only 1080P, PD charging port supports only 12W, does not support wired ethernet connection.

When connecting to a laptop, Do NOT support charging cellphones through USB-A or USB-C female port due to limited current.

Please provide power supply when connecting to power-hungry devices; Only support connecting 1 HDD/SSD at a time.

To prevent Wi-Fi interference, you could wrap the line body near the type-c port with foil paper, or use the router of 5GHz frequency. Also, please unplug the ethernet cable and PD charging cable from the adapter when not used.

For Samsung Galaxy S10/S9/S8/Note9/8, it is compatible with Dex Mode through the hub, phone system version requires Android 9.0 or above.

For Xiaomi laptops, we suggest connecting to non-original PD power adapters such as Apple, Dell power adapters to ensure normal use.

When the HDMI and VGA output ports work simultaneously, 2 displays will ONLY show the SAME image, and the maximum resolution of both ports is 1080P.

Notice about the 10-in-1 full-function model (80133): The 3.5mm audio jack does not support microphones; If your display device does not have a speaker when you use HDMI cable to connect to the display, it will be unavailable to output sound through the 3.5mm port of this hub.
